  • How and when will my products be shipped?

    All goods are shipped within 2-3 days, depending on quantity and availability. Receiving your item is between 7- 11 days in most instances although it can sometimes take longer depending on holidays,  customs etc... We will let you know if shipping times will be longer. If for any reason we are out of stock on a certain product, we will contact you by email. Once items are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. The package must be signed for when it arrives. If you are not home to sign for shipment, you will be given a slip to pickup goods from your local post office. It is your responsibility to track your package once we give you the tracking number.



    Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of buyers. Please contact your local customs office for more details

    Returns and refunds policy

    Returns and refunds are only accepted if there is a defect in the product or if the wrong size or color


    was sent which is different then what was ordered. Shoes must be in brand new condition and all shipping costs are payable by the buyer.


    Do you accept wholesale orders?

    We do accept wholesale orders when purchasing lots of 10 or more. Please email me for further inquires on wholesale orders if interested.

    What Payment Methods does shoes-basketball.Com accept?

Customers without a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through.
